This surge protector is a great product and wonderfully convenient. We have nearly 100 different devices, toys, and other things in our home that charge by USB. Add to all of those products different things that charge with a traditional plug or just need to be plugged in and that number multiplies again. I’ve been looking for a quality product that mixed the two and provided some protection for quite a while and I’ve finally found it in this surge protector.
As always, be sure to read wattage on the things you’re going to plug in and make sure they’re compatible with this particular unit for your own safety.
This unit is constructed well, although they’ve made it very light weight. The light weight aspect also makes this unit perfect for travel if you bring multiple electronics with you and want to be sure that you’ll have the ability to charge them all, even simultaneously if you need to. It can support up to 4 different devices at the same time.
The power chord is 5 feet long, which is ample enough to allow anyone to find the correct spot for this great surge protector.
The maximum power output is 40W, and the ports are able to distribute charging speed accordingly to each of the devices plugged into the surge protector to make charging time more efficient.
Also remember that this is a surge protector and not just an extension cord or multi-outlet. They’ve placed an LED light just below the power button that will alert you when your devices are protected. The power button is another nice addition so you can choose to turn the unit off if it’s not in use to save on energy.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this surge protector and really can’t think of any cons to the pros I’ve listed above.

RELEEDER Neck Rest

I got this pillow mainly for use in our car and I absolutely love it!
This memory foam pillow comes with a strap on the back so that it can fit onto the headrest of car seats. I needed something as I was diagnosed with a condition late last year and had to have surgery on my neck and brain, which leaves me in a bit of pain quite often. Car headrests aren’t necessarily made to provide that type of support and comfort, but this pillow has made all the difference in the world for me.
The pillow is a firm memory foam, almost exactly like the one that I got for my bed after my surgery. It cradles the head and neck perfectly and even lessens the impact of the road, holes, etc.
It comes covered in a soft fabric that seems like it will hold up very well over time without tearing or ripping. The outside cover also has a zipper and is very easy to remove so you can throw it into the washer from time to time.
There is a strap attached to the back of the pillow with elastic inside, so it should stretch to fit pretty much all car headrests. The elastic strap also makes it a breeze to remove from whatever you’ve put it on and take with you for other travel outside of your car.
The pillow comes in a cute bone shape, but I think that actually helps with the amount of support it’s able to give. You can turn your head to either direction and not lose any of the support.

H&C Single Camping Water Bottle

I’ve been transitioning from being a big time soda drinker almost exclusively water, so I’ve been looking for a great water bottle like this one. This water bottle is manufactured from BPA free stainless steel so it’s very sturdy. I’ve dropped it a couple of times on the morning walks I’ve started recently and, while it’s been scratched up a bit, there’s not even a dent to speak of. I’ve got two children at home as well as two kittens who love to cause trouble and get into everything, so durability was a huge sticking point for me, and this water bottle has exceeded my expectations.
The stainless steel also really helps keep the water cold for a bit longer than a plastic bottle would. It also feels great that I can have such a wonderful water bottle and help the environment with any small contribution.
The cap, which is actually made from corn, comes with a clear, hard retractable straw that seems like it will hold up better than the soft plastic ones included with other water bottles. Also adorning the cap is a handle that makes the bottle easily attachable to clothing, bikes, travel bags, etc. They’ve really done a great job at making it as easy as possible to take this water bottle with you everywhere you go.
Not only is the company trying to be very eco-friendly, but inspirational as well. Each of their bottles comes printed with beautiful graphics as well as a few inspirational quotes on the bottle itself as well as the packaging.
The bottle also sports an extra wide mouth, making it easier to fill.
The size of the bottle also deserves accolades, as they’ve made it very tall to hold a great amount of water but small enough so that it will fit into most sleeves and even cup holders in the car.
A few bonuses are included as well. The first bonus is a carabiner that makes it even easier to carry the bottle with you wherever you go. The second bonus is an extra straw, so you can switch between them when one needs to be cleaned if you wish.
My favorite bonus was a cleaning tool specifically designed to clean the straw. We’ve all had those cups that had plastic straws attached that became gross over time because it was hard to find anything to clean them with. Well this company has included a brilliant solution for that so that you can keep your straws as clean as when they came out of the box, which makes the water reaching your mouth cleaner as well.
I’m very happy that I’ve made this my go-to water bottle and that it comes from a company that is trying to go above and beyond in nearly every way.

EatSmart Products Extra Wide Digital Bath Scale

My husband was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, so we’ve both been on a crusade to better our health and the first step is that we both need to lose weight and, thus, we needed a scale and we needed one that went above where most of the scales sold in stores are able to measure. This was the perfect scale for us. The scale can measure up to 550 pounds and is able to measure in pounds and kilograms. The oversized LED display is extremely bright and easy to read, even for us larger people who may have a bit of trouble seeing the numbers on a normal scale because we get in our own way.
The scale is built to be extra wide, which is great since they’re catering to people who may need the extra width to be able to stand on the scale completely and get an accurate reading. It features auto-on/off so all you have to do is step on the scale and it will automatically read your weight, then will go off a bit after you’ve removed the weight. This is a great feature to save battery life, since the scale runs on 3 AAA size batteries. The company was even kind enough to include your initial 3 AAA batteries with the scale, which I love.
After the scale has read your weight, you’ll be notified with a loud beep. This feature can be a blessing and a curse, depending on your preferences. I kind of wish they’d include a feature to turn the beep off if you choose, but I’m also not sure that a feature like that would be widely used so I understand not having it.
The scale itself is set on a glass base and has a stainless steel platform that makes it extremely durable and able to hold up to a bit of abuse if need be. When you remove the scale from the box you can feel in the heft the quality with which it was made.
Like a lot of scales, this one needs to be on a solid, flat surface to read accurately.
The scale does not have a feature so save your weight, although I don’t see that as a huge issue with all of the apps that are available at the press of a button on computers and smartphones for tracking weight loss progress. This is a perfect scale to pair with any of those lifestyle apps along your weight loss journey.

Rad Women Worldwide:

As a mother of a young girl  i am always looking for new things to get information to my daughter. I want here to see there is wonderful women from all across the globe. I think this book did a wonderful thing to tell women and even younger girls about them.  Our schools don’t teach all they could and its the parents responsibility to fill extra stuff for them.  Although i do not agree some of the entree in these books should be there maybe i just don’t see those women as some one to look up to as they are  history in any way so i do not understand how any one can see they have done anything.  Its just an honest opinion nothing personal.  The pages are thick and that’s nice, and i like the art work its good to. I like the black drawing of the figures. I so like that they didn’t focus on just one geographical area and really did bounce back and forth from the US  and across the globe. Good book and good read.

I was torn with these glasses. I would have liked to give the five stars but i think fair for my self is a four star rating. I would like to explain. The glasses could have came at a better time. My son who is eleven years old is being bullied in school. There is one problem. The school refuses to believe that they could have have such a thing like a bully problem. When brought up with the school they flat out said prove it! So we got these pair of spy glasses because we wanted to be able to capture this issue on video. When got these and he put them on and we let them know they are special spy glasses to catch these boys who are tormenting him, he was super excited.

There are some good things about these glasses and a few bad things. The best thing is they are the “in look” right now the thick black glasses that nerds like to use. Yup these are that. The think that i would like to address is the lenses are a little wide. If they were a little smaller they would be perfect with out a doubt. These little glasses start recording in just one touch of a button that it makes it easier for younger kids to even get a hang of how to do it. I do wish that the arms of the glasses were a little bit thinner but over all they are not bad at all. When you plug in the glasses it comes up with the little ding and pops up saying its a camera, as i would expect it to do so. The glasses are slightly lighter then the average pair of glasses.

I would also like to point out that each and every state have different rules when it comes to filming others. I would suggest before using these you would look up the law in your state so that you can make sure you are not doing something that could get your self into trouble. In my local state that i am in it states that it is legal to record some one as long as one person knows they are being recorded. Google would be a good place to start looking into this, but you can always contact a lawyer or some one else who understands the law to make sure you are not breaking any law. I do suggest these and think they are perfect to catch a bully,liar, or even just wearing them to your hands are free on a trip or some other adventure.

I was super excited to get get this book. Habit Changers: 81 Game-Changing Mantras to Mindfully Realize Your Goals has a lot of really nice thing you can think about. I liked several of the different things that are write on the left side of the paper. Even if you just have a moment to find something that is a “changer” or something that is good words to live by i guess they can be found. Change It, Leave it or accept it has to be one of the things that i find the most powerful in the book. You cant just go on and on on any thing you need to decide which it is that you will be doing. Do you know what i mean? The one thing that i would change in the book is that on the page that it has the small quotes i would suggest that they made in printed color paper instead of black and white. I am sure that it is black and white because it was cheaper to print.

These bulbs are quality-made and I’m excited to get them hung for an upcoming party we’re having. The lights come with a small panel that holds one rechargeable battery and a USB port. We had to come back to the product page to be sure, but these lights work with only one of the batteries. The battery is charged by USB. The panel also has a detachable wire, which makes bringing it inside to charge very easy and convenient.
The lights are LED bulbs and are extremely vibrant and shine in 4 different colors, Green, Red, Blue, and Yellow. The panel that comes with the light strand offers 8 different light modes such as solid, in waves, chasing, etc. There is also a timer so you can set them at 6 hours on and 18 hours on, which makes them hands-off if you’re placing them outside. The console also supports a memory function, which is something that sets this strand of lights apart from others. If you do choose to place them outside, no need to worry, the lights are waterproof and the console is made with a rubber ring that protects from water entering.

Ugee 2150 Graphics Tablet Digital Pen Drawing Monitor

I’ve been drawing as a hobby now for nearly 20 years, with a bit of a feeling that I’d like to pick up my production and get a lot more practice here recently. I’ve wanted to go digital with my drawing as I’ve done with my photography for quite a while, but never really wanted to make the investment before. When I came across this tablet, the price astounded me for everything that was included and the quality of the tablet itself, so I jumped on it and ordered.
The tablet itself is absolutely huge with a screen at 21.5″, which I love. That gives me plenty of room for when I’m sketching, doodling, etc.
The display is full HD with a glossy screen and looks amazing. They’ve made sure that the screen is made from a quality plexiglass as well, so it can take a bit of punishment. The company has also gone as far as to include a screen protector with this bundle, which is very thoughtful when you’re making a large investment and using their product.
Two USB-Rechargeable pens are included with this bundle. The pens are a little bulky and may take some getting used to, but I got over that pretty quickly and am using them with ease now. Each of the pens charging ports are on the top side of the pen, so you can still use them while they’re plugged in if need be, although the lifespan of the pens after one charge seems to be quite lengthy as I’m still using the first pen I opened and have only charged the initial time. The pens do have two buttons to act as right and left mouse buttons as well. Also included is a stand in which you can place your pen if you need to leave your screen for a bit, kind of made to resemble an old-style ink well. The stand also comes apart to reveal a plethora of extra nibs for your pens which is, again, very thoughtful of the company to include. They’ve also included a two-fingered drawing glove to keep your screen from becoming smudged if you rub up against it while you’re drawing.

All of the connections and ports are on the bottom of the monitor, which can be a little troublesome. It’s not a huge issue but, perhaps in future generations of this brand placement may be moved.
They’ve included the power cord, a USB cable, VGA cable, and HDMI cable. There is also a spot for a DVI connection.
Personally, I think the HDMI connection allows for the best quality picture.

One problem that I did run into at first was that, no matter what I did, the pen calibration would be off. Calibration would be perfect in the middle of the screen, then become further and further off point the closer to the edge of the screen I moved. I tried researching online, reinstalling the drivers from the disc that is included, etc. I finally found that the problem seemed to lie in how Windows sees the tablet’s monitor as a cloned second screen. I had to go into Display Settings in Windows and, as someone in another review mentioned, either extend the screen or turn off the display of the computer I’ve got the tablet connected to entirely. After finding this solution, I’ve had no problems with the calibration at all.
Thus far, the pen and tablet has been compatible with every program and app I’ve used it with, including Photoshop CS3.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase of this graphics tablet thus far, and it’s opened up a whole realm of possibilities when it comes to my artwork.

Recently a storm went through and knocked out our power. So my friend and my self and kids are sitting in the basement in the pitch black running down these large flash lights batteries. The kids are upset and crying afraid were going to run out of light. After the power came back on and the tornado sirens stopped we went back up stairs and i started to think of how i could be better prepared. I knew i needed to get some more flash lights. I wanted something i could put on my head that made it easy to console y kids. This little light was perfect. It feels comfortable on not only my head but the kids heads as well. the strap is comfortable and there is a button on top of the lamp part so that you can change the power and then one that is like a slow strobe. I got another to just keep in my car in case of an emergency as well. This is small to begin with but can fold to be even smaller. Powerful but tiny.
